11/01/05 Brown – Pauline E. Brown of Ellettsville, IN, formerly of Mitchell, IN, died Tuesday, November 1, 2005, at Richland- Bean Blossom Health Care of Ellettsville. Born August 6, 1916, in Lawrence County, IN, she was the daughter of Charles and Gladys (Cooper) Wedgewood. She married Stanley R. “Brick” Brown April 16, 1937, and he died in 1984. Surviving are one daughter, Brenda Owen and husband, Claude, of Ellettsville, IN; one son, Larry Brown and wife, Patty, of Seymour, IN; one sister, Wilma Mayden, of Jeffersonville, IN; 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; son, Stanley E. Brown; daughter, Joyce Ann Brown; sister, Mary Hawks; and brothers: Gene and Rayburn Wedgewood, preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and had been employed at Reliance Manufacturing, M. Fine & Son, and Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Mitchell, Lawrence County Homemakers, and Dixie Club. Mesarosh of Mitchell, IN, died Monday, October 31, 2005, at her residence. Born March 10, 1926, in Edmonson County, KY, she was the daughter of James A. and Louella (Basham) Houchin. She married Walter E. Mesarosh April 4, 1956, and he survives. Surviving with her husband of 49 years are five sons: Michael "Mickey" Reynolds and wife, Sue, Jerry Reynolds and wife, Rosellen, Gary Mesarosh and wife, Lee Ann, David Mesarosh and wife, Beth, all of Mitchell, IN, and Gregory Mesarosh of Carrollton, KY; two sisters, Dora Luttrell, Brownsville, KY, and Hazel Houchin of Louisville, KY; 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Wallace E. Reynolds; daughter, LaDonna (Reynolds) Sparks; grandson; three sisters: Emily Tow, Della Miller, Myrtle Carter, and Emma Houchin; and three brothers: Jack, Ed, and Ellis Houchin. She was a Christian and a homemaker, and a member of the Mitchell Wesleyan Church. Neal of Bedford, IN, died Monday, October 31, 2005, at the home of her daughter in Bedford. Born December 29, 1906, in Elnora, IN, she was the daughter of Samuel and Maggie (Kirk) McCain. She married Frank Neal in 1924. Surviving are one daughter, Avis Ramsay and her husband, Harry, of Bedford, IN; one sister, Grace Sylvester of Bloomington, IN; one daughter-in-law, Mae Neal Davis of Bedford, IN; eight grandchildren: Susan Tedrow and her husband, Dennis, of Bedford, IN, Shirley Hamilton and her husband, Bob, of Salem, IN, Debra Reese of Bloomington, IN, Tim Ramsay and his wife, Lisa, of Bedford, IN, Lawanna Morris and her husband, Byron, of Hardinsburg, IN, Sandy McFarland and her husband, Jim, of Bedford, IN, Becky Douglas and her husband, Charlie, of Bedford, IN, Bill Neal of Bedford, IN; eighteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sons, Thomas Eugene and William Neal; five brothers: Ross, Harley, Winfred, Roy and Harold McCain; one sister, Thelma Pace; and one great-grandchild. She was employed at the Greystone Hotel in Bedford and retired from Indiana University. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church. Pierce – Mary Alice Pierce of Springville, IN, died Monday, October 31, 2005, at Westview Manor in Bedford. Born October 3, 1922 in Lawrence County, IN, she was the daughter of Walter and Nora (Fowler) Turner. She married Edward Ray Pierce on April 17, 1945. Surviving are three sons: Larry Lake and his wife, Karen, of Fayetteville, IN, Danny Pierce and his wife, Donna, of Avoca, IN, and Vic Pierce and his wife, Linda, of Fayetteville, IN; one daughter, Carolyn Shackelford of Fayetteville, IN; one step-daughter, Elaine Shelton and her husband, Dean, of Seymour, IN; nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers: Maynard, Herschul, Paul and Johnny Turner; one sister, Dorothy Turner Kinser; and one child, Albert Loren Lake (in infancy). She was born January 31, 1927. Surviving are one son, Butch England of Mitchell, IN; one brother, Bob Norris of Loogootee, IN; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She had been employed at the former Roberts Brass Co., and was also self-employed. Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at Haverly Mortuary in Mitchell. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary. 10/29/05 Branaman – Deloris Josephine (Jo) Branaman of Bedford, IN, died Saturday, October 29, 2005, at the Dunn Memorial Hospital. Born March 20, 1926, in Marion, IN, she was the daughter of Floyd J. and Myrtle (Flinn) Prior. She married Nelson L. Branaman on June 5, 1946, and he preceded her in death on June 30, 1983. Surviving are two daughters, Debbie Bolton and her husband, Mike, of Bedford, IN; Diann Witt and her husband, Doug, of Martinez, GA; four grandchildren: Brad Bolton and his wife, Teresa, of Nashville, TN; Heather Bolton of Chicago, IL; Nathan Witt and his wife, Heather, of Taylorsville, SC and Jennifer Martin and her husband, Mich, of Simpsonville, SC; and one niece. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two brothers, Morris and Clifford Prior. She was a homemaker and a secretary at General Motors and Reuter Insurance in Bedford. She was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Christian Church and a twenty year Pink Lady Volunteer at the Dunn Memorial Hospital. Brown – Renia May Brown of Bedford, IN, died Saturday, October 29, 2005, at her residence. Born March 31, 1920, in Hart County, KY, she was the daughter of John and America (Buckner) Staggs. She married Timothy Alva Brown on March 31, 1936, in Lawrence County, IN, and he died on September 16, 1982. Surviving are six sons: Alva Brown, Larry Brown, Gerald Brown, Robert Brown and Timothy Brown, all of Bedford, IN, and Daniel Brown of Arkansas; four daughters: Barbara Speer of Mitchell, IN, Helen Speer of Bedford, IN, Alice Brown of Franklin, IN, and Mary Estrada of Metairie, LA; two sisters, Mary Chenault and Helen Staggs, both of Bedford, IN; 28 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; four brothers; four sisters; and two grandsons, Jody Sean Estrada and Josiah Wayne Brown. She was a homemaker. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Parsons – Larry Michael Parsons of Bedford, IN, died Saturday, October 29, 2005, at the Bloomington Hospital. Born January 28, 1945, in Vermillion County, IL, he was the son of Claude and Grace (Huber) Handley. He married Jean Dines on June 19, 1971, and she survives. Surviving with his wife are children: Michael Parsons of Danville, IL, Kelly King and her husband, Bobby, of Albany, GA, Heather Parsons of Bloomington, IN, Emily Parsons and her fiancé, Royce Reding of Springfield, MO; Mitchell Drake of Bedford, IN, and Druscilla Wilson of Bedford, IN; two brothers, Steve and Kenny Parsons of Danville, IL; one sister, JoAnn Isaacson of Columbia, MO; four granddaughters: Kimberly Lewis, Samantha Parsons, Lindsey Parsons and Haley Parsons; his mother-in-law, Barbara Dines of Mitchell, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents; his father-in-law, James Dines; and a sister-in-law, Karen Drake. He was a machine operator for General Motors in Bedford and attended the First Assembly of God Church in Bedford. He was a member of U.A.W. Local 440. Born on March 24, 1939, in Mitchell, IN, he was the son of William C. and Lizzie (Doane) Hanners. He married Kathy Krou on August 24, 1966, and she survives. Surviving with his wife are three sons: Brian Hanners of Paoli, IN, Bill Hanners of Bedford, IN, and Tom Hanners of Swainsboro, GA; two daughters, Michelle Hanners of Paoli, IN, and Stormie Dawn Hanners of Millen, GA; two nieces, Thelma Barton of Salem, IN, and Helen Cooper of Mitchell, IN; and eleven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, Charles Hanners; and one sister, Clara Mae Tincher. Her was a retired electrician and a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of Bryantsville Church of Christ. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 1st, at the Bryantsville Church of Christ with Bro. Kenneth Wilson officiating. (Hayden) Daugherty of Bedford, IN, died Wednesday, October 26, 2005, at Beverly Health Care Center in Bloomington. Born Feb. 22, 1911, in Danville, IN, she was the daughter of Horace Hayden and Pearl (Darnell) Hayden. She married James Harvey Daugherty and he died on Oct. 27, 1972. Surviving are two daughters: Jan Hayden of Bloomington, IN, and Beverly Schneider and her husband Alan of Jasper, GA; two sons: Michael D. Daugherty and his wife Geri of Avoca, IN, and Stephen E. Daugherty and his wife Connie of Bloomington, IN; four grandchildren: Melissa and Danielle Daugherty of Bedford, IN, Jessica Daugherty of Bloomington, IN, and Brad Schneider of Jasper, GA; and one sister, Norene Elliott of Martinsville, IN. She was preceded in death by her husband; two brothers: Edward and Herman Hayden; one sister, Lenos Irrgang; one grandson, James M. Daugherty and one step-son, James (Jay) Daugherty Jr. She was a homemaker and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Bloomington, a life-long member and past president of W.C.T.U., Youth Temperance Council Leader and a past member of the First Baptist Church in Bedford. Lemons of Bedford, IN, died Tuesday, October 25, 2005, at the Bedford Regional Medical Center. Born Sept. 11, 1926, in Trinity Springs, (Martin County) IN, she was the daughter of Chester “Chet” Bond and Edith Mae (Wildman) Bond. She married David R. Lemons, who died Nov. 14, 1992. Surviving are two sons: David R. Lemons of Bedford, IN, and Bill E. Lemen of West Chester, OH; six grandchildren: April Lemons, Brandi Lemons, Brett Lemons, Paige Lemen, Grant and Jacob Lemen; one great-grandson, Clayton Lemons; one sister, Lela Overton of, Odon, IN; and one brother, Eddie Bond of Bedford, IN. She was preceded in death by her husband; one sister, Alice Crane; one brother, Earl Bond; and one half-brother, Wilmer Wildman. She was a homemaker and a member of Central Church of Christ, Bedford. Born December 6, 1908, in Westville, IN, he was the son of James T. and Margaret (Ziegler) Welton. He married Amelia Zehr and she preceded him in death. He then married Viola Brock September 24, 1977, and she died August 19, 1980. Surviving are one brother, A. J. Welton of Bedford, IN; two stepdaughters, Gloria Pridemore of Huron, IN, and Paula Parson of Mitchell, IN; and one stepson, Phil Wigley of Mitchell, IN. He was preceded in death by both wives and two sisters, Emma Margaret Welton and Joan Bailey. He was a U. S. Army veteran of World War II, a retired employee of Carpenter Body Works, and a member of St. John's Lutheran Church at Dubois Crossing. Bridwell of Bedford, IN, died Monday, October 24, 2005, at Dunn Memorial Hospital. Born October 15, 1947, in Lawrence County, IN, he was the son of Paul C. and Eunice Bernice (Qualkenbush) Bridwell. He married Sondra L. Shirley on August 19, 1981, and she survives. Surviving with his wife are one daughter, Amy Scarpellini and her husband, Tony, of Bedford, IN; one step-daughter, Christie Guthrie Jenkins and her husband, George, of Bedford, IN; one step-son, Mark Key of Bedford, IN; two grandchildren, Andrew Dodd Scarpellini and Sophia Marie Scarpellini; one step-granddaughter, Brooke Guthrie; one step-grandson, Landon Key; two brothers, Jerry and Derek Bridwell of Bedford, IN; one sister, Paula Chastain, of Bedford, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Sue Ferrell. He was a teacher for thirty-three years, retiring in 2002. He taught shop and industrial technology at the Bedford Middle School. Neal – George W. “Bill” Neal of Leesville, IN, died Monday, October 24, 2005, at the Mitchell Manor Nursing Home in Mitchell, IN. Born October 23, 1924 in Mitchell, IN, he was the son of Roy and Beaulah (White) Neal. Surviving are two daughters, Linda Lou Craig and Mary Thompson both of Leesville, IN; six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, former wife, Betty Brown; two brothers, Bob and Howard Neal; one sister, Betty Lou Dotts and one great grandson, Jarrad Nikirk. He was the owner of Jay’s Café for twenty-two years and a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps. He was a member of the American Legion, Moose Lodge and V.F.W. Abel of Bloomfield, IN, died Saturday, October 22, 2005, at the Bloomington Hospital. Born April 17, 1948 in Orange County, IN, he was the son of Pete and Luella (Collins) Abel. He married Shirley Andis on December 2, 1966 and she survives. Surviving with his wife are one son, Jeff Abel and his wife, Julie ,of Bedford, IN; one daughter, Melissa Plummer and her husband, Tony, of Owensburg, IN; six grandchildren: Natasha Jones, Brad Jones, Alicia Jones, Bristen Prince, Logan Lane and Tyler Abel; four sisters: Alice Farris and Joy Sterns both of Florida, Kay Pruett of Williams, IN, and Kathy Cornwell of California; seven brothers: Ralph Abel of Florida, Larry Abel of Kentucky, Terry Abel of Harrodsburg, IN, Robert Abel of Needmore, IN,Max Abel ofTunnelton, IN, Garet and Dave Abel, both of Williams, IN; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Eugene Abel. He was retired from the NWSC CRANE and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Springville Pentecostal Mission Church. Aeillo of Bedford, IN, died Friday, October 21, 2005 at White River Lodge. Born March 28, 1921 in Lawrence County, IN, she was the daughter of Roscoe and Alice (Jenkins) Starr. She married William F. Aeillo on March 28, 1943 and he died in 2002. Surviving are three nieces, Treena Starr of Bedford, IN; Darlene “Susie” Pierce and her husband, Jimmie of Avoca, IN, and Sandra Mason Kidwell and her husband, Doug of Brownstown, IN; three nephews, Bud Starr, Marvin Hardwick and his wife, Marlene, Rick Hardwick and his wife Beverly all of Bedford. IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, James, Charles and Harold Starr; two sisters, Thelma Mason and Alleta Hardwick. Born December 4, 1984, in Indianapolis, he was the son of Ricky and Tammy (Taylor) Yoder. Surviving are his mother, Tammy Yoder of Mitchell, IN; his father and stepmother, Ricky and Cheryl Yoder of Noblesville, IN; one sister, Ashley Yoder of Mitchell, IN; two stepsisters, Melissa Penwell and Michelle Penwell, both of Noblesville, IN; grandparents, Ray and Jackie Yoder of Cicero, IN, and Robert Taylor of Mitchell, IN; great-grandparents, Pauline Yoder, Jack Hollinger, both of Goshen, IN, and Mary L. Johnson of Florida. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Nancy Taylor. He graduated in 2003 from Mitchell High School, and received his FAA Aircraft Maintenance License from Vincennes University. He was a student pilot and had served as a mechanic during the summer at Virgil I. Grissom Airport in Bedford. He was currently a student at Purdue University, and a member of Woodville Baptist Church. Canada of Bedford, IN, died Wednesday, October 19, 2005, at Stonebridge Health Campus in Bedford. Born February 23, 1924, in Lawrence County, IN, he was the son of Sam and Olivia (Davis) Canada. He married Roberta Cole on August 20, 1949 and she died in April 1984. He later married Nancy Ellett on November 30, 1985 and she survives. Surviving with his wife are three sons: Phil Canada of Seymour, IN, Doug Canada and his wife, Linda, of Bedford, IN, and Dan Canada and his wife, Jo Ellen of Belpre, OH; two sisters, Edna Smithers of Bedford, IN, and Maxine Flinn of Columbus, IN; six grandchildren: Patrick Canada, Meredith Canada, Allison Canada, Matthew Canada and his wife, Kortni, Ryan Canada and Rachel Canada. He was preceded in death by his first wife, three brothers and two sisters. He was employed at Sarkes-Tarzian Inc. in Bloomington for thirty years and worked at GE and Eastern International. He was a member of the Central Church of Christ and was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during WW II. Funeral services will be at 10:00 am on Saturday, October 22nd, at the Day & Carter Mortuary with Bro. Bud Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Mundell Cemetery. Crane – Henry Dean Crane died Wednesday, October 19, 2005. Born July 6, 1936, in Martin County, IN, he was the son of Charles Henry and Pearl Mae (Brock) Crane. He married his high school sweetheart, Zelma Wilson on February 12, 1955, and she survives. Surviving with his wife are; two daughters, Sandra Owens and her husband, Wayne, of Springville, IN, and Donna Baker and her husband, Mike, of Bedford, IN; three grandchildren: Michael Baker and his wife, Julie, of Bedford, IN, Laci (Owens) Miller and her husband, Eric, of Springville, IN, and Kyle Owens of Bloomington, IN; seven great-grandchildren: Mallory Lynn Baker, Michael Ray Baker, Peyton Marie Baker, Kaya Jade Baker, Mattea Mae Dawn Miller, Mackenlee Dean Miller; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Reva Eggers and Frances Beyers; eleven brothers: Roy, Warner, Fred, John, Donald, Opal, Leland Paul, Charles, Rufo, Robert and James; and a great-granddaughter, Mackenzie Mae Jolyn Miller. He was employed at Cortron in Orleans for twenty years and later worked at the Super-Value Inc. until his retirement. Chenoweth – Reverend Kenneth Albert Chenoweth of Mitchell, IN, died Tuesday, October 18, 2005, at Dunn Memorial Hospital, Bedford. Born on September 22, 1933, in Bedford, IN, he was the son of Henry Carl and Elizabeth Jane (Barrett) Chenoweth. He married Joyce Ann Murphy November 24, 1990, and she survives. Surviving with his wife are two sons, Kevin Eugene Chenoweth of Mitchell, IN, and John David Chenoweth of Bedford, IN; one daughter, Katherine June Ollis of Palmyra, IN; one grandson, Joshua Ollis; one sister, Ione Chastain of Lebanon, OH; one sister in-law, Shirley Chenoweth of Tampa, FL; two nieces, Paula Chenoweth of Ohio and Judy Trudue, Brunswick, GA; and two nephews, Mark and Steve Chenoweth of Atlanta, GA. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Walter Chenoweth, preceded him in death. He was a minister for 45 years in several United Methodist Churches in this area. He graduated from Mitchell High School in 1952, and was also a graduate of Garrett Theological Seminary. Meadows – Tina Meadows of Bedford, IN, died Tuesday, October 18, 2005, at her residence. She was born Nov. 19, 1960, in Bedford to Gerald Tincher and Wilma (Louden) Tincher. She married Phillip Dean Meadows Oct. 2, 1987, and he survives. Surviving are her husband, Phillip Dean Meadows, Bedford; her parents, Gerald and Wilma Tincher, Bedford; three sons: Nicholas Dean Meadows, Joseph Thomas Meadows and Derek Scott Meadows, all of Bedford; one sister, Mona Gayle Quillen, a niece, Jessica Gayle Quillen, both of Bedford, and several cousins. Smith – Paul E. Smith of Bedford, IN, died Sunday, October 17, 2005, at the Bloomington Hospital. Born on November 1, 1930, in Monroe County, IN, he was the son of Marshall and May (Kinser) Smith. He married Marilyn Sowders on August 8, 1951 and she survives. Surviving are two sons, Randy Hitchcock and his wife, Becky, of Bedford, IN, and Jeffrey Hitchcock and his wife, Joni, of Sarasota, FL; six grandchildren: Riley, Ryan, Jordan, Jarren, Morgan and Jonathon; one sister, Betty Hendricks and her husband, James D. of Clearwater, FL; several nieces and nephews; and his long-time companion, Evelyn Dalton of Bedford, IN. He was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Edington; one brother, Herman Hitchcock and one grandson, Jackson Hitchcock. He was a graduate of Bedford High School with the class of 1947 and a graduate of Indiana University. He was a licensed real estate broker and insurance agent doing business throughout Indiana and other states for over forty-five years. He owned and operated the Hitchcock Agency, Inc. until his retirement in 1995. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving with the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps. Little – M. C. “Sam” Little, 83, of Bedford, IN, died Sunday, Ocotober 16, 2005 at the Bloomington Hospital. Born June 30, 1922 in Ball Ground, GA, he was the son of Henry and Oma (Newberry) Little. He married Barbara Jean Murphy on August 27, 1965, and she survives. Surviving are two sons, Michael Little of Westlinn, OR and Larry M. McCoy of Orleans, IN, died Friday, October 14, 2005, at Bedford Regional Medical Center. Born July 8, 1932, in Campbellsburg, IN, she was the daughter of Cecil and Hallie (Chastain) Kemp. She married Richard C. McCoy November 4, 1951, and he died on September 22, 1993. She married Robert Denny, and he died in 1996. Born on November 2, 1914, in Bedford, IN, she was the daughter of Everett and Grace Hattie (George) Stigall. She married Onis Bagwell on Oct. 5, 1935, he died in 1984. and they had one daughter, Janice Elaine, in 1950. Otis preceded Bernice in death in 1984. She is survived by her daughter Janice Elaine Bagwell and Georgia Emmert of Bloomington, IN; four nieces: Rita Frazer and Marilyn Gray of Indianapolis, Patty White of Heltonville, IN, and Jamie Evans of Bedford, IN; two cousins, Etta Mize of Bedford, IN, and Betty Stewart of Kaufmann, TX; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. She was a 50-year member of Grace United Methodist Church in Bedford, being active and holding office in United Methodist Women for many years. Dunlap of Bedford, IN, formerly of Oolitic, IN, died Friday, October 7, 2005, at White River Lodge. Born Jan. 8, 1918, in Quinton, KY, she was the daughter of William and Delia (Silvers) Ryan. She married Paul Dunlap in 1938 in Indianapolis, and he died in 1986. Surviving are three sisters: Irene Woodmansee of Indianapolis, Maxine Kodrea of Kokomo, IN, and Nancy Kindred of Indianapolis; three brothers: Chester Ryan, Aufalia, AL, Russell Ryan of Bedford, IN, and James D. Ryan of Oolitic, IN; and several nieces and nephews. She was a retied beautician. She attended Oolitic High School and was a member of the Oolitic Methodist Church. Fish of Bedford, IN, died Thursday, October 6, 2005, at Hospitality House in Bedford. Born Feb. 20, 1941, in Lawrence County, IN, he was the son of Leonard and Ethel (Baker) Fish. He married Nelda Bradfield in 1960. Surviving are his mother of Bedford, IN; two sons, Christopher Clayton Fish of Lyons, IN, and HCTS David A. Fish, currently serving with the U.S. Navy in Norfolk, VA; one daughter, Cynthia F. Combs and her husband, Bob, of Florida; 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He had been a welder/fabricator at Indiana Gratings in Martinsville. He was a 1959 graduate of Shawswick High School. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. 10/01/05 Lambrecht – Theodore ”Ted“ Arthur Lambrecht, 92, 505 U St., Bedford, a lifelong resident of Lawrence County, died at 9 p.m. Wednesday at his residence. Born Aug. 24, 1913, in Lawrence County, he was the son of August Sr. and Julia (Eker) Lambrecht. He married Sarah Frances Myers on Sept. 22, 1936, and she preceded him in death on Feb. 12, 2001 Survivors include: three daughters, Patricia Sue Gordon and husband Richard of Columbus, Mildred Ann Flora and husband Joe of Scipio, and Virginia Timmons Bolte and husband Dave of Lakeside Park, Ky.; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was a farmer and head car blocker for Indiana Limestone, retiring in 1975. He was a 1931 graduate of Shawswick High School and a member of Englewood Baptist Church. He loved fishing, gardening, woodworking and was an avid basketball fan. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, three sisters, Ruth Phillips, Pauline Woodward and Louise Akin; six brothers, Charles, Leo ”Jack,“ Ed, George, August Jr. ”Dean,“ and William Lambrecht.
