“Totally Blacked Out in Orleans” will feature food trucks, a DJ, live entertainment, Orleans eclipse swag, and a family-friendly gathering space in historic Congress Square, downtown Orleans, followed by a special performance by the band, Flatline and beer garden later in the evening at SpeakEasy.
