Ashli Ann (Cobb) Fleener
July 3, 1986 – May 24, 2025
Ashli Fleener, unexpectedly and against everyone’s will, left for an extended vacation on May 24, 2025—destination: a hot tub in heaven. While the hot tub should come as no surprise to those who knew her best, Ashli’s loved ones all wish she’d have just put one in her backyard instead.
Born on July 3, 1986, in Bedford, Ashli spent 38 years perfecting the art of sarcasm. Whether it was her ability to always find the best deals on a hotel, her unmatched Facebook detective skills, or her talent for turning everyday stories into epic sagas. Ashli was truly one of a kind. Prior to motherhood, she managed a Subway where she may have taken five-dollar footlong to mean you could get 5 footlongs for a dollar. Allegedly.
She married her Viking husband, Kevin, in 2011. And despite what she may have told many of you, she loved those Renaissance Fairs he spent the next 13 years taking her to. The two of them created four of the most remarkable and beautiful children to ever grace this Earth: Jensen (13), Annistyn (10), Simon (7), and Andersyn (2).
After having her first child, Kevin worked tirelessly to provide so that Ashli could stay home full time with their growing family. Ashli was a devoted mother. If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting any of her children, it’s easy to see that she was also a fantastic one.
Along with her husband and children, Ashli is survived by Keith Cobb; mother, Tamara (Magnus) Hughes; stepfather, Bill Hughes; brother, David Cobb; sister, Tiffani (Devin) Hughes; a slew of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and likely, some foes. She loved who she loved fiercely and had no qualms about putting you right in your place if needed. She selflessly gave her time to many, always willing to extend a helping hand and be a listening ear. Her vacation has left all who loved her a little jealous that we can’t share in the peace and quiet she’s experiencing now.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the GoFundMe account set up to assist Kevin and the kids with expenses @ https://gofund.me/0e0652b3
The family will receive friends and family from 10:00am to 1:00pm on Friday, May 30, 2025, at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes in Bedford. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00pm with Pastor Jerry Hillenburg officiating. Following the service friends and family are invited to meet at LawCo Sports from 1:30pm to 3:30pm where food and stories will be shared, and laughter encouraged—just as she would have wanted it to be.
In the words of The Proclaimers, “I would walk 500 miles, and I would walk 500 more.” We’ll all be havering until we meet again.
Memories and condolences may be shared and flowers ordered at www.FergusonLee.com.

His passing leaves a void that can never be filled, but his memory will live on in the countless lives he touched.
Dad had a unique way of making everyone feel special. Whether it was through his infectious laughter, his unwavering support, or his advice, he had a gift for connecting with people. He taught us the importance of kindness, hard work, and always standing up for what you believe in. These lessons are ingrained in us, and they will continue to shape who we are.
As we reflect on his life, let us remember the joy he brought into the world. Let us cherish the memories we shared and let us find comfort in knowing that his spirit will forever remain in our hearts. Though he may be gone, his legacy will endure through the love he gave and the lives he impacted. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten.

Rosalie Bradford
Rosalie Bradford, born June 30, 1944, at 1018 T Street, left this world to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on May 13, 2025, from the same address in which she was born. Rosalie once joked, “I never went very far in this life.” From place of birth, and place of death, one can agree with Rosalie’s statement. However, a reflection on her life reveals she covered great distances.
After marrying Alfred Bradford on November 10, 1961(who preceded her in death on August 15, 2018), they moved to Jonesville before moving back a year later, to the home in which Rose was born. While that is not a great distance, her monumental strides that took her great distances where she gave her heart and served the needs of others. As a married couple raising their own children, Rose and Al took the responsibility of raising their niece and nephew. She made clothing for children and infants in need, made blankets for babies in Riley Children’s Hospital NICU, and she made masks for people to wear during COVID. She was an amazing seamstress, crocheted, and quilted. The distances she traveled in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, and friends can never be matched by the miles she traveled on earth.
Rosalie is survived by her children, Christina Spinks (Tim) of Williams, David Bradford (Shannon) of Orleans, Phillip Bradford (Stephanie) of Bedford, Grandchildren, Amanda Andis (Justin), Dylan Bradford and fiancé Taigan Edwards, Sarah, Anna, and Emily Bradford, and Rosalie was known as “Gigi” to her three great grandchildren, Carson and Cameron Andis, and Teresa Bradford.
The family wants to express their appreciation to all the doctors and staff at the IU Health Oncology in Bedford and Bloomington and Fresenius Dialysis Center in Bedford. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Lawrence County Cancer Society.
