Four students from Marian University’s Ancilla College advance to NJCAA National Wrestling Championships
Plymouth, IN – Four Marian University Ancilla College (MUAC) student-athletes have qualified to compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association's (NJCAA) National Wrestling Championships, February 28 – March 3 in Council Bluffs, IA.
The four MUAC wrestlers competing at the NJCAA Nationals are:
Christopher (Chris) Bullock, a second-year student from New Palestine, IN.
Bryan Chavero, a second-year student from Indianapolis, IN.
Reese Hamblen, a second-year student from Bedford, IN.
Dennis Weston, a first-year student from Merrillville, IN.
Both Hamblen and Weston were also named an Academic All-American as the district coaches voted Bullock MUAC's first District Outstanding Wrestler.

Fourteen wrestlers qualify for NJCAA Nationals, with four being the top quality in a year.
Eighteen Academic All-American wrestlers.
Ancilla's team will be among 320 wrestlers competing in the national competition.
