OAKLAND CITY UNIVERSITY-BEDFORD

TENATIVE FALL 2008 SCHEDULE

AUGUST 20 – DECEMBER 18, 2008

New Offerings at OCUB

OCU-B is offering a class in real estate law and estate planning.  This class will be taught by Byron Steele, a local lawyer with expertise in these areas.  This is an excellent opportunity for anyone buying or selling a home or business or interested in investing in real estate.  Estate planning is an important issue for all ages.  Senior citizens may take classes at OCU-B at greatly reduced rates.

OCU-B is also offering Beginning French and Beginning Spanish.  French is the language of diplomacy and is Europe’s second language.  If you travel or are planning to travel in a foreign country, and you do not speak the native tongue, French is the second language that the residents are most likely to speak.  Spanish is rapidly becoming the second language of the U.S. Contact Stephanie Armstrong or David Norris at 279-8126 for additional information.
