Radio personality Mike Shannon has launched his own internet radio station TheOldiesChannel.com. Mike and Deb are now on their own live morning program from 8 a.m. to noon. The station, as the name implies, is all oldies, all the time, 24/7. While an interesting experiment and a fun sideline, Mike hopes the station will attract listeners from all over the country and become a real business and a full time job. "Shannon in the Morning and Deb" has essentially the same format as their old local radio show. The station is being streamed for a broadband internet connection, but also has a second slower stream available for dial up internet connections.
