Marijuana may not kill you. In the case of the infant who was left to suffocate in the stifling heat because the mother and her 17 year old boyfriend were "stoned", the "drug-crowd" should at least give up the argument that it doesn't hurt anybody. That being SAID, the federal government should not continue its persecution of drugs. Neglect is neglect, regardless of sobriety. The same as "hate" crime. A crime is a crime, regardless of race, color, gender, etc., etc. WHAT DO YOU THINK?
