I have been to sell scrap aluminum & copper at bedford recycling three times and each time what they said it weighed was about 2 pounds shy of what it actually did weigh on a certified scale. Basically they are ripping people off!! Where does that money go? not in our pockets or the people who work there. I'm saying the scale that they weigh stuff on is off, the truck scales are right but not the scales they weigh copper and aluminum on. Somebody needs to contact the department of weights and measures about this, who knows how long this has gone on and how much money they've ripped people off for. I don't think it's right, a reputable business would not do something like this. In my opinion bedford recycling is not a reputable business at all.
