This is a weekly meditation class, open to all, starting March 12th. There will be some explanation of various techniques which will vary from week to week, a 20 to 30 minute meditation period and a short discussion time of the many benefits of meditation. Time: Thursdays 5:45 to 6:45 PM Fee: A sliding scale from $0 - $5 - you decide Location: Red Brick The class will be facilitated by Trudy Brown.
