People & Animal Learning Services, Inc. (PALS) invites you to join us for a great day of friends, fun and horsemanship at PALS Eighth Annual Fun Show on Saturday, October 18, 2008, from 10:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

People & Animal Learning Services, Inc.  (PALS) is hosting the PALS Eighth Annual Fun Show on Saturday, October 18, 2008 from 10:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.  Admission is free and anyone is welcome to attend.

This event offers the chance for all PALS riders to participate in a fun-filled day of activities while showcasing the benefits of equine-assisted activities to the community.  Guests will have the opportunity to cheer on the riders while learning valuable knowledge about the PALS program and the positive impact it has on Bloomington and surrounding communities. 

The Fun Show will be held at Ellington Stables located at 680 West That Road.  Food will be available for purchase compliments of the Trojan Horse. PALS is honored to have several special judges for the show: Peggy Welch, District 60, State Representative; Valerie Pena, Senior Vice President of Oliver Winery; Mitsi Bennett, RN, author and the donor of  Cookie and Walter, two fantastic PALS horses; and Dr. Susan Kimmick, DVM, of Farmstead Veterinary Service; the announcer for the Fun Show will be Blair McKissock, the Program Director for Morning Dove.
