Fix ahead--then heat and eat!
Hoagies
| 1 C Velveeta Cheese (small pkg) diced | 2/3 dill pickles diced fine |
| 3/4 lb chipped ham | 4-6 olives, chopped (optional) |
| 4 hard boiled eggs (chopped) | 3/4 C mayonnaise |
| 3/4 C diced onion | 1/2 C chili sauce |
- In a large bowl mix together the Velveeta, ham, eggs, onion, pickles, and olives.
- In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise and chili sauce.
- Add the second mayonnaise/chili mixture to the cheese/ham/eggs, etc. mixture.
- Put the mixture on buns of your choice and wrap each one in foil.
- Refrigerate until almost ready to serve.
- Heat in a 450° oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Makes approximately 16 hoagies if you use hot dog buns.
