This is my choice!
Vanilla Ice Cream
| 4 eggs | 5 C milk |
| 2 1/2 C sugar | 1 pt. heavy cream |
| 2 T vanilla | 1/2 tsp salt |
- Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs. Continue to beat until mixture is very stiff.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into gallon freezer can and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
- Yield: 1 gallon
