A great accompaniment for pork roast!
Spiced Winter Fruit

1 (17 oz) can apricot halves 1/4 C sherry
1 (16 oz) can pear halves 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon (to your own taste)
1 (16 oz) can peach slices 1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 (15 oz) can pineapple chunks 2 T butter
1 (15 oz) jar applesauce
