Easy to prepare! Good served
with rice!
North American Casserole
| 3 T oil | 1 C diced onion |
| 1 lb. lean ground chuck | 1 (10-1/2 oz) can cream mushroom soup |
| 1/2 tsp salt | 2 T milk |
| 1/2 tsp pepper | 1 16oz can bean sprouts (drained) |
| 2 T soy sauce | 1/2 to 1 can chow mein noodles |
| 2 C diced celery |
- Heat oil. Add meat, onions and celery. Cook until tender.
- Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
- Stir in soup (undiluted), drained bean sprouts, and milk. Mix well.
- Pour into greased baking dish and bake 40-45 minutes at 350°.
- Put noodles on top for the last fifteen minutes of baking.
